All BMA major courses, when completed, will constitute 48 credit hours of courses in the major. The BMA program follows the cohort approach to learning for cohorts, 20 through 27. Starting the Fall Semester 2010 all new students entering the BMA program and Cohorts 28 & 29 in the BMA program, will not be in a cohort approach. Starting in Maymester 2010 all students, including all previous cohort students will move from the 5-week format to a 7-week format for all courses. All courses will be held in an asynchronous format. Students are not expected to attend any live chat room sessions. Professors may provide live chat sessions for students during the 7-week period but these are also not required. Cohorts 20-27
Cohorts 20-27 will complete the following course schedule. Sixteen courses have been identified in the Major. Students who fail or miss a course in the rotation will be required to complete the course based on course availability. Any and all exceptions to this process will need to be approved by the Dean, College of Distance and Continuing Education and/or his/her designee. Cohorts 28 & 29 and new BMA students

- The minimum number of credit hours required for graduation is 125.
- Credit awarded for CLEP examinations do not affect residency requirements.
- BMA courses may not be transferrable to other majors at CSU.
- Appropriate Deans reserve the right to accept or decline credit used in their majors and minors.
