LEAD 495 - Strategy and Leadership

(3 hour(s)) Prerequisites: LEAD 305, permission of the coordinator of leadership program or dean, and be in senior status. CAPSTONE: The fundamentals of leadership apply to all levels of leadership, but leadership roles change and expand as leaders move from one level to the next. This course focuses on the changing effects of leadership at the small team, group, organizational and societal levels. As they rise, leaders need to make increasingly strategic choices that affect the long-term health of the enterprise. Students will be exposed to these concepts as they complete their capstone project. This course cannot be challenged.
