LEAD 450 - Engagement and Excellence


(3 hour(s)) Prerequisites: LEAD 305 and permission of the coordinator of leadership program or dean. Employee engagement is highly correlated to a variety of positive organizational outcomes. Customer service is also correlated to several positive organizational outcomes. In fact, the way you treat your employees is the way that they will treat their customers. In this course, students will gain an appreciation of the factors that contribute to the effectiveness of employees and the bottom line. the course will help aspiring leaders design prosperous organizations. This course cannot be challenged.
