LEAD 410 - Leading Change


(3 hour(s)) Prerequisites: LEAD 305 and permission of the coordinator of leadership program or dean. Leading organizational change efforts is one of the thorniest activities for leaders. This course focuses attention on the relationships, structures, processes, and outcomes of organizations and the ways those organizations can be developed and transformed through change. Emphasis will be placed on conceptual models and insight into purposeful change intervention. This course cannot be challenged.
