LEAD 350 - Leadership Theory and Practice

(3 hour(s)) Prerequisites: LEAD 305 and permission of the coordinator of leadership program or dean. This course exposes students to various dimensions of leadership theory and practice. It introduces academic theories and current research, practical application, and a Christian perspective or leadership. It is designed to provide students with a well-rounded understanding of effective leadership.  This course cannot be challenged.
