AERN 350 - Global Navigation

(3 hour(s)) Prerequisites: AERN 260. This course studies advanced navigation concepts. It includes study of international aviation regulations, the International Civil Aviation Authority (ICAO), global navigation planning, communications and operation, and navigation aids, systems and technologies. The overall goal of this course is for students to possess an in-depth understanding of aircraft navigation systems, national and international navigation, and rules for international flights. This course cannot be challenged.
