HPES 425 - Strength and Conditioning Programming (3 hour(s)) Prerequisites: Physical Education major AND HPES 121. This course examines the scientific principles associated with the development of strength and conditioning. Students will focus on periodization and long-term athletic development as tools to create performance enhancing fitness programs for secondary physical education students and athletes. This course cannot be challenged.
