BUSI 438 - Commercial Law (3 hours) Prerequisites: Admission to the School of Business and BUSI 336. Explores the impact of the Uniform Commercial Code on business operations. For students pursuing an emphasis in accounting and others desiring a broad and yet detailed knowledge of commercial law. Topics covered include sales, commercial paper, corporations, partnerships, joint ventures, sole proprietorships, bailment and agency. Attention to Christian ethics and proper business conduct will be emphasized throughout the course.
