The Master of Science in Human Resource Management was developed to equip current and future HR professionals with advanced knowledge and skills in the field. Students will explore key areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR strategy.

The M.S. in Human Resource Management is designed to strengthen the strategic and practical HR skills needed in corporate, nonprofit, healthcare, government, and educational settings. The program was created with the working professional in mind. Courses an be completed online, on campus in the evening, or in a hybrid format.
To complete a second masters degree in the Nielsen College of Business, a minimum of 24 additional credit hours are required.
