Writing Center:
Charleston Southern University offers comprehensive writing services tailored specifically for graduate students at both the master’s and doctoral levels. These services are designed to support students through every stage of the writing process-from short assignments and formatting assistance to extensive dissertation revisions. Professional writing tutors, each holding advanced degrees in writing or related fields, provide personalized support both online and in person. Whether students need help organizing their thoughts, meeting academic style guidelines, or polishing their final drafts, CSU’s graduate-level writing support ensures high-quality, expert guidance. Accessibility Services:
Charleston Southern University is committed to supporting all students through its Office of Accessibility Services, which provides accommodations for individuals with documented mental health, physical, or learning diagnoses. Testing Center:
Charleston Southern University provides a dedicated Testing Center to support a variety of student needs in a controlled, quiet environment. The Testing Center is available to students with approved accommodations through the Office of Accessibility Services who require a reduced-distraction setting for exams. It also serves students taking Placement or CLEP exams, as well as those needing to make up a test at an alternate time with faculty approval. All testing sessions are monitored by trained proctors to ensure a secure, fair, and supportive testing environment. The Testing Center is designed to promote academic success and accessibility for all students. To schedule a test in the Testing Center, please email TestingCenter@csuniv.edu. Please be sure to include your name, student ID, the course for which you’ll be taking an exam and your professor’s name. CLEP and Placement Exams only require the student’s name and student ID.
