(1 hours) Prerequisites: Matriculation in the Physician Assistant Program. This 5-week course is designed to provide a general overview of diagnostic studies and the science behind these studies. It will serve as an introduction to diagnostic testing for clinicians. Meeting weekly, the course uses lecture- and lab-based instructional methods. It will introduce students to the fundamentals of clinical diagnostics, including radiology and diagnostic laboratory studies.
