DPTE 832 - Evidence-Based Practice II

(3 hours) Prerequisites: Successful completion of previous Fall term, Year II, CSU PT classes. Participation in learning experiences intended to assist the student draw conclusions from systematically acquired data intended to answer a research question relevant to contemporary physical therapy practice. Students will develop data analysis and interpretation skills, ascertain the clinical relevance of their findings, identify barriers to translation of the results to clinical practice, and disseminate their work in a public forum under supervision of the faculty primary investigator. Note: This course cannot be challenged.
