(2 hours) Prerequisites: Successful completion of previous Summer term, Year I, CSU PT classes. This course introduces the principles of pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and classifications of drugs used in the treatment of disease. Implications of pharmacological interventions will be addressed, including recognition of adverse drug effects in patients. Note: This course cannot be challenged.
