PSYC 350 - Industrial and Organizational Psychology (3 hours) Prerequisite: PSYC 110. This course focuses on the scientific study of work and the application of that science to workplace issues facing individuals, teams, and organizations by applying the scientific method to investigate issues of critical relevance to each. During this course, we will cover a number of topics including personnel selection, placement, training, work motivation, job satisfaction, leadership, teamwork, and work-family balance. This course cannot be challenged. Note: Offered: Spring.
