PMGT 325 - Project Risk Assessment

(3 hours) This course covers key components of the risk management process. Students learn how to utilize risk-assessment tools and techniques to determine the highest risk level for each of the phases of a project. It provides an understanding for the importance of a risk assessment process and applying industry tools and decision-making procedures to ensure positive business outcomes. This course cannot be challenged.
