PMGT 322 - Project Planning & Implementation

(3 hours) Outlines and demonstrates how project planning and implementation procedures are established to include; information gathering, integration of data, documentation of processes, and the tools used to plan and implement a project. Project scope, risk, work plans, and contingency plans needed to implement a project will be reviewed as part of this course.
