EDUC 755 - Optimizing Educational Operations

(3 hours) This course will analyze the analytical and evaluative techniques appropriate for assessing the effectiveness of organizations. The candidates will review management by objectives, planning and analysis of administrative activities, and assessment of strategies and programming. Candidates will examine multiple entities within an organizational structure and develop strategies to advance the mission and vision of the organization, based on results generated from assessments.
