(3 hours) This course will provide participants the opportunity to develop leadership capacity through the role of the master teacher. Techniques for effective consultation, mentoring, and coaching will be addressed along with specific strategies for professional collaboration. Peer mentoring skills will be developed through coaching activities while practicing various teaching strategies. Note: This course may not be challenged.
