A minor in Economics consists of 18 hours.

  • Mathematics 111  College Algebra or higher satisfies the Liberal Arts Core  minimum requirement in Mathematics for this minor.
  • Higher mathematics courses may be required as prerequisites for certain courses.
  • Check Course Descriptions  for specific requirements.

Choose four 300-400 level economics courses including at least one of the following:

Undergraduate students with a major in Business Administration and a minor (or second major) in Economics may not use the same upper level courses (300/400) to satisfy requirements in both areas.

All students must have at least 125 hours to graduate. Students must meet the Residency Requirements  described in this catalog.
