Biology: Wildlife Emphasis (BS Degree)

A major in Biology with a Wildlife Emphasis consists of 76 hours; 60 semester hours of Biology courses, plus the required 16 semester hours of supporting studies courses and does not require a minor. Courses from other departments are also required as shown below.

Biology: Wildlife Emphasis (76 hours) + Liberal Arts Core (47 hours)


Liberal Arts Core and additional 100-level requirements (47 hours):


Note:


All students placed in ENGL 099 and/or MATH 099 must complete the course(s) successfully before being allowed into BIOL 161, BIOL 161L, BIOL 162 or BIOL 162L.

Required Supporting Studies (16 hours):

All students must have at least 125 hours to graduate. Students must meet the Residency Requirements  described in this catalog.
