 (Any 12 hours provided both physical & life science are represented). The following three courses were developed for Education majors. A  minimum grade of “C” must be earned in all Natural Science courses.  Requires Admission to the School of Education

 6 hours in one of the designated areas outside of Education above the core requirements. Students must contact their Education Advisor for approval of courses. The Following are approved areas: Geography/History/Political Science; Sociology/Psychology; Health and Physical Education; Business/Economics/COIN; Criminal Justice; Sciences; Mathematics/COIN; Nursing; Fine Arts; English/Communication and Theatre; Foreign Languages; Religion. Students may substitute a three (3) hour Global Studies course in this requirement. Note:
