MGMT 395 - Leadership

(3 hours) Prerequisites: MGMT 310 with a grade of “C” or better or a Leadership minor. This course is designed to help students develop leadership skills through understanding personal leadership styles, leadership theory, and a practical project that causes the student to engage in the practice of leadership. The course will provide students with a general overview of the concept of leadership and equip them with practical tools necessary to lead others. This course cannot be challenged.
