MGMT 320 - Organizational Behavior

(3 hours) Prerequisites: MGMT 310 (grade of “C” or better) or a Leadership minor. Analysis of individual and group behavior in organizations. Motivation, leadership, group dynamics, and management of conflict and change. This course cannot be challenged.
