KINE 211 - Health and Fitness Assessment (3 hours) A course designed to provide information on the various methods available to assess health and fitness. Components of health and fitness which will be assessed in the laboratory include: diet, muscular strength, power and endurance, cardiovascular endurance, body composition, flexibility, heart rate and blood pressure. Recommended to take before KINE 380. This course cannot be challenged.
