(3 hours) Prerequisite: BUSI 503 or MGMT 310. A course designed to develop an understanding of the behavioral concepts necessary for effective management of organizations. Course content will include theories related to work environment, group dynamics, motivation, communication, and leadership. Note: This course cannot be challenged.
