CRIM 421 - Constitutional Law I (3 hours) Prerequisite: POLI 201 or CRIM 210. Examination of the establishment of the Supreme Court’s power of judicial review, the scope and limits of the powers of the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches of the national government, and the relationship of the national government to the states.
