NURS 625 - Evidence-Based Research in Nursing (3 hours) Prerequisite: Applied Statistics. This course provides a scientific basis for an understanding of the research process in nursing. The emphasis of this course is on the evaluation and utilization of research as it pertain to evidence-based nursing practice. The steps of the research process will be explored and analyzed. The relationship and appropriateness of statistical methods to evidence-based nursing practices will be examined.
