BUSI 461 - Organizational Behavior and Leadership

(3 hours) Prerequisites: Admission to the School of Business and BUSI 317 (grade of “C” or better). Analysis of individual and group behavior in organizations. Motivation, leadership, group dynamics, and management of conflict and change. This course cannot be challenged.
