ENGR 330 - Power Systems


(4 hours) Prerequisites: ENGR 210 and ENGR 211 (grades of “C” or better). Study of power signals, systems, and their components.  Includes complex power, three-phase systems, transmission lines, transformers, generators, and voltage control.  Computer applications and laboratory activities are employed to assist in the study, analysis, and design of power systems. This course cannot be challenged. Note: Laboratory fee required.
