HIST 411 - History of Russia II


(3 hours) Prerequisite: HIST 112 or 113. A study of Russian history during the nineteenth and twentieth centuries.  Topics covered include Napoleon’s invasion, the late czarist period, the revolutions of 1917, and the Soviet period.  The course concludes with an examination with the contemporary situation in Russia. This course cannot be challenged.
